Policies:

Daily Rates are single or double occupancy.  There is a charge of $10.00 per/day for each additional person.

There is a 2-day minimum during high season.  One night's deposit is required or 50% of a week-long stay.

We will gladly refund the full amount of your deposit with two weeks notice: otherwise we will refund your deposit if we are able to re-book the room, minus a $15.00 surcharge.
